I need to blog, just a short one :)
I'm thrilled.
I'm overwhelmed.
I'm overjoyed!
Haha. No! I am not yet pregnant..
Neither won the lottery (I don't bet anyway)
I am so pleased, thankful and delighted because something so good has just happened today..
I was hired to work and become part of the team I've been dreaming of lately.
Yeeyyy!!
As the wise man say "Good things comes to those who wait".. It's true! I've proven this about a thousand times :)
Enough of that..
More later.. Cheers!

breather
It's been a month since I started this blog and posted an entry... (*sigh*, sorry blog.. been busy).
I am quite lazy today. Weather is pleasant yet I am not in the mood to go out, probably because of these annoying common colds because of my allergic reaction to high humidity.
I am quite lazy today. Weather is pleasant yet I am not in the mood to go out, probably because of these annoying common colds because of my allergic reaction to high humidity.
Sometimes I get scared when I looked out my window, seeing nothing from afar. It's frightening to realize there has been too much pollution around. I remember a month ago the sea mishaps that took place not far from HK harbor, a ferryboat collided into huge cargo ship causing serious injuries and fatalities to those aboard because of zero visibility.

Last Monday, I felt I need a short breather, I told my husband that I want to see mountains, beach, sand and grasses beneath my feet. He was quick to respond Lamma and that's where I exactly wanted to go. It's different atmosphere and environment out there as I could smell the drying leaves, the summery breeze, the pigs droppings. I could hear nothing but children’s laugher, old man's whisperings, birds chirping, pigs oink oink and most of all the crackling of dry leaves and branches along the path. Ahh, I often asked Junvie are we still in HK most especially when the freshly cooked calamari and deep-fried in garlic and butter shrimp with cold beer was served. Now, that's really a breather!

We took all the time to refresh, we breathed out all the scary particles we inhaled in Hong Kong and breathed in all the goodness nature has to offer. It might have been so short but that is enough to sustain a month long battle in this fast paced, polluted city.
Yeah, you read it right.. a month long as we are about to have another vacation again. And this time... we're heading home. :)

Is Mother Earth changing or it was just Hong Kong??
This question boggles me for more than 2 weeks now. I get crazy every time I call back home as I felt envious when my love ones were out there basking under the sun, when my friends go many places, flaunting their string bikinis on the beach while working on sun-kissed skin tones, because it's summertime!
These days here in Hong Kong, weather is volatile as today you can see sun, next day could be cloudy, misty, nippy or polluted! I remember years ago, as soon as Chinese New Year is over, weather will gradually become pleasant. Yet, April fool is over now and the weather is still cold.. I heard enough complain how unpleasant the weather nowadays is, and it's true! You can't help but wonder what is wrong with our Mother Earth? Was it because she is aging or is it because we put too much decay on our environment hard enough for her to clean and handle. It's frustrating sometimes to realize we are really killing ourselves faster than what we've thought. It has been said that time will come, we will no longer see the sun, not because the sun is going somewhere.. it's because the pollution will cover our sky, too much that the sunrays can no longer reach the earth. There will be a global dimming. Afraid, ohh yes! I am.
Enough for that scary fact, all I want to do now is grab my beach bag, wear a bikini, get tan lines and have fun on the nearby beach! Or, at least let me out of this lousy thick jacket that have been hanging over my shoulder for almost 6 months now... Hah! But then again, let's look on the positive side. Maybe, it's about time to take another short vacay down.. hmmm! (You wish, Monna!) Dang, I suddenly realize all the loads at work! But then, dreams are free most esp. now; it's my day off! Haha..

Day Off
Finally, I got a chance to post something... last week, I'm quite excited about this new blogging feature from Friendster (social networking) but due to Rugby 7, Hong Kong's hotel accommodations went sky high… thus, making my work heavier.
Now, I'm free! I'm off this whole week and be back on the 28th. Nah… I am not going anywhere, I still got loads of work at home... remember, we just moved in to new place last month and I still got a lot of things at hand and couple of our moving boxes remains unopened for rearrangements...
I remember how my sister reacted 2 weeks ago when I told her how excited I am for my day off. She replied "ano ba yan, you had 3 years off na.. ano pang nakakaexcite dyan?" I burst laughing. She's right! Yet, I'm still thrilled and drown to the notion of day off where I don't have to wake up 5:30 in the morning.
O sya! Till here na muna.. I still need to enjoy my day off though... magpapagulong-gulong muna ako sa kama! hahaha... in time, my husband is off as well :)

Thoughts
A good friend once asked, How do you believe in love? I replied, "what a nice but tough question to ponder.."
You see, I exactly don't know how to... just let me put this way..
Love is like the air; I can feel it... but can never touch nor see it. I believe in its mysterious existence which helps me a lot in keeping my faith especially to God.
It's the most wondrous things of all, unsurpassed! Even if it causes pains and tears, the beauty of it still prevail; like how the storm can mess up our lives when it passes... after that... it's the tranquility, laughter and joint forces shared to face life anew is all that matters... the storm instantly becomes a past.
I can't stop love like the air. It can either bring me comfort or tough time, all I have to do is dwell on it and let it take its course... whatever the result is, that will shape my destiny. (But as a person, I always make sure that I know how to find my way back when lost and aware how to keep the right track and when to take much needed full stops.)
This is me and my beliefs about love.
A glorious gift I can view best when my eyes are closed.
